WHAT’S THE FIRST STEP?

Once you have your list of IKEA article numbers, head on over to the “Request a Quote” button on our site. Complete our online form and I will reply with a quote for our delivery fee. After accepting the delivery quote, you will place your own Click and Collect order at the IKEA in Stoughton, MA for Sven to pick up and deliver to you. If the item you are ordering is part of a big system (like PAX) and not everything is available, we will recommend the best course of action.
We shop weekly, usually on Wednesday or Thursday. If your order is ready for pickup when we are there, we will deliver it to you on the weekend (or sooner if you are in NH).

I will email a Quickbooks invoice for your delivery fee on a Wednesday or Thursday. Payment is made prior to delivery with a credit or debit card.
