You can update your shopping list up to 24 hours before we purchase your items. Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to day of shopping trip for a full refund. We will confirm receipt of your change order. If you don’t hear from us please call 207 468 9415 to ensure we received your change.
We are responsible for your furniture. If pieces are damaged during transport we will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA® and exchange them at no additional cost to you. If you realize your furniture is damaged please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and get new parts for you ASAP.
Out of stock items:
If stock is suddenly unavailable when we are at IKEA we will let you know and either pick up an agreed alternative or try to pick up the item when back in store.
Where do I get a catalog?
Online catalog, Android App, Apple App, or contact us and we will pick one up for you at the store.
We are happy to make your returns according to IKEA ®return policies. Our fee is 25% for pick up and return services.
